About Us

Pharmacist Support Network (PSN) was founded with a clear purpose: to support GP practices and PCNs in delivering the care that matters most to them—the care of their patients. With first-hand experience managing a busy GP practice and working within a Primary Care Network, We saw the constant pressure on teams—balancing rising demand, recruitment challenges, and the need for safe, consistent service delivery.

PSN was created in response to these realities. We're not an agency—we’re a reliable partner who integrates with your team, offering pharmacist services, with support that feels like an extension of your practice. Our aim is to reduce the burden on your clinical and administrative teams, so you can focus on what really matters: your patients.

Whether it’s delivering Structured Medication Reviews, managing long-term conditions, providing and managing extended access clinics, or maintaining continuity during periods of leave or increased demand, our pharmacists provide dependable, high-quality care.

All PSN pharmacists have a minimum of four years’ experience in general practice and CPPE-accredited training. Mostly all are Independent Prescribers, able to support clinical workload from day one, trained in both SystmOne & Emis.
